Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who specializes as a Collaborative Divorce Coach or Child Specialist/Parent Coordinator in the Collaborative Law process. Stephanie assists divorcing parents through the divorce process as an educator, coach, and advocate. Helping parents understand their children’s emotional and developmental needs in the divorce process with minimal long term psychological impact from the separation/divorce. Furthermore, Stephanie assists in developing parenting plans best suited for the family, so that there is less need for future court involvement or misinterpretation which may lead to conflicts over parenting visitation.
Stephanie guides parents with new skills that involve stress management techniques, conflict resolution skills, active communication skills, and co parent education. With the new skills, the divorcing parents will learn to communicate effectively with each other and their children. In addition, in reducing undue stress and conflict that may impede the divorce process as well child impact for future.

Stephanie has provided psychotherapy services at such facilities as Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston—Atlanta, GA, Georgetown University Medical Center—Washington, D.C, and DCH Medical Center—Tuscaloosa, AL. She has specialized as a Clinical Medical Pediatric Social Worker with an emphasis in Pediatric Oncology and Hematology. After working in the Hospital environment, Stephanie then transitioned to working as a Clinical Behavioral Health Advocate and Utilization Review Manager at United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. In 2002, she opened her own private practice to pursue what she has true calling for in providing individual, couples, and family therapy. .
Stephanie resides in North Georgia area with her wonderful husband, dear daughter and 2 super stepdaughters. She has the typical blended family with all its greatness and drama with 3 girls. She loves her family and enjoys all things fun! She states: Our family bleeds "Red and Black and GLITTER (for University of Georgia). Typical interests of her and her family include SEC Football games, movies, dance and music recitals, hanging friends and neighbors, and lots of laughter are present in the family home.
